PlayPier is an idea for an interactive gaming website styled on vintage arcade games and machines.
The idea is also loosely based on e-card websites, though on PlayPier you give online eGifts, which you then send to your friends via email. These gifts include applications for Facebook and Myspace, as well as games and invitations for tea parties and dinner.

The twist with the e-Gifts website is tha you do not know what prize you will be sending, as the gifts are concealed in different shaped balls which the receiver cracks open.

The idea was also inspired by vinyl art toy culture 'blind box' selections, where the vinyl toys are wrapped up in foil so that you do not know what kind of vinyl toy you will be receiving.
